A General Spell

This spell falls under Wiccan-based pagan paths - the belief in Goddess.

"Lady of All I call to thee,
Listen now and hear my plea.
I send this wish out and above,
Below and with trust and love,
So make this magic,
Make this change,
Let nothing be beyond my range.
My power is great,
My power is good,
Let all things happen as they should.
As above, so below -
As I will it, so mote it be."

Just curious....Do these spells have to be memorized? Can reading them have the same effectiveness?

They don't have to be memorized. Well, I'm sure it'd be more effective if it was memorized and recited with emotion alone, but it isn't necessary. As long as you mean what you say, and believe what you say, it will be effective.
